Live Music Nights continue… Whether you attend our special indoor live music events or come for the live music four days a week on our outside veranda, you will not want to miss our amazing performers and spectacular food. |
This summer, Wednesday through Saturday night, Joe Palombo’s Mirabella Café, will feature live music outside on the veranda. The regular menu will be served and guests are invited to bring their favorite bottle of wine, as the restaurant is BYOB. All performances begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held outside, rain or shine, in the covered outdoor dining area. Reservations are recommended.

Parto provides the vocals while Wood plays keyboards and provides backing vocals. The duo plays old standards from the 1930s including songs from Ella Fitzgerald and Dinah Washington. Parto and Wood will also be playing pop favorites like Alicia Keys and Shania Twain.

Shaw sings everything from classic standards to modern pop favorites. Singing on top of recorded tracks, his song list includes the hits of Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Johnny Mathis, Michael Buble, and other classic male singers of our time. Shaw encourages the audience to sing and dance along to their favorite songs.
Jennings is often described as a one man band, singing while alternating between the piano and saxophone. Jennings plays classic R&B hits that entertain and delight audiences wherever he goes.

Jeremiah, former member of the popular R&B band, the “Soul Survivors,” also toured with “Shirley & Company” in the 1980s when their hit “Shame Shame Shame” was number one on the charts. Today, Jeremiah performs on the Jersey Shore circuit with two talented cover bands, “Impulse” and “Jeremiah-Hunter.” Jeremiah will feature a popular selection of top 40 favorites.

After finishing up a one and a half year run playing regular shows at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, NJ, Rivera is excited to be part of the summer line up at Mirabella Café. Rivera, a talented guitarist and singer, will be performing classic hits from the 50s through to the 90s, from Elvis to the Beatles and everything in between.

Ryan Peiffer’s beautiful music will be accompanied by the lovely Patricia Durante, who will be singing Broadway tunes. The musicians normally perform together as part of “The Wildness Band,” a precise tribute to Louis Prima and Keely Smith, and Mirabella’s most popular music-themed night. “I love the band’s rendition of Louis Prima and Keely Smith, but I can’t wait to see these two incredible performers try something different,” says Chef Joe Palombo. “Patricia’s voice always brings tears to my eyes.”

Wednesday, September 24 is Phyllis Chapell and Dan Kleiman, World Music
Chapell’s repertoire includes songs in ten different languages! Her song list takes you around the world from Brazil, Latin America, Europe, Israel, and the U.S. Her singing and acoustic guitar sounds captures the essence of musical styles from Brazilian sambas and explosive flamenco rumbas to elegant classical arias, folk, jazz and original ballads. Kleiman, who the Chicago Tribune says, “plays exceptionally well…with virtuosity and perpetual creativity,” will accompany Chapell on the piano. The two have collaborated before on her albums.
The popular singing duo “Unforgettable” features Lenny Edwards and Kathy Marshall. Through the years, “Unforgettable” has performed as the opening act for Sheena Easton, Rita Rudner, Rodney Dangerfield, Shirley Jones, Donald O'Connor, “The Drifters,” Bobby Rydell, “The Platters” and even Richard Simmons. In January, 2001, the group was honored to be asked to perform at the Presidential Inaugural Ball in Washington, DC.
D’Andrea is described as “The Great American Songbook.” She will perform “sultry jazz” featuring songs from artists like Gershwin, Sinatra and Miles Davis. D’Andrea, a music teacher, has moved back to her hometown Mt. Laurel, NJ, after living in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is happy to be back in the Philadelphia area music scene and plays many engagements at Mirabella Café.
